The Second Story Gallery is pleased
to present
An exhibit of landscape paintings by
local artist
Rebecca Trimble
An artist who has decorated downtown
Camas with her murals, Rebecca will unveil some of her smaller works in an
exhibit titled
“Rebecca’s Collection”
Rebecca
says she stepped down from her ladder and mural painting when she had her
fourth child and got instantly hooked on smaller versions of her landscapes in
airy oils and acrylics.
Rebecca
has published two how-to books and is bringing out a third this summer, filled
with inspiration for folk art painting projects. She decorates furniture
and small objects as well as canvases. Her murals grace the walls of
Panache and Accentuate, along Fourth Avenue in Camas.
Rebecca’s
art has also appeared in painting magazines and she has demonstrated it at workshops
across the United States and Canada. She plans to begin offering classes
at her home studio and maintains a professional web site where she offers
patterns, tips and techniques.
