How to Exhibit

"Applications for 2018 accepted July 10 thru September 8.

Prospective Exhibitor,

Thank you for your interest in displaying your artwork at the Camas Public Library’s Second Story Gallery.

Since many artists express interest in having shows at the library, there is a process for determining what exhibits are scheduled.  

Please read over our application and guidelines (Click HERE for pdf version).  If you can work within the requirements, please submit an application.  Include a CD of a minimum of five high quality .jpg/.jpeg samples representative of what you would like to exhibit. Note that a typical show consists of 20 to 30 medium-sized pieces.  Exhibitions with multiple artists are possible.

Although applications are accepted any time throughout the year, those received by early September are reviewed by the Board of Governors in October for exhibits for the following year.  The Board strives to have a wide variety of mediums, styles and artists.  For this reason, we require at least two years minimum before an artist’s repeat exhibit.

If you are selected, you will be contacted to confirm and commit to an exhibit date. As the date approaches, committee members will be in touch and work with you to make sure your show is a quality event.
